We are looking for a worker to join a factory producing wooden building elements in Perho, Finland.

The work starts on 21 September 2026, and the position is available for at least 4–6 months.

Job Description

• Production of wooden building elements at different workstations
• Various tasks related to the manufacturing and assembly of wooden elements
• The work is currently carried out in two shifts
• Working hours may vary depending on production needs

Requirements

• Good English language skills
• Previous experience in wood production or construction work is an advantage
• Experience in the production of wooden elements is a plus
• Good work attitude and willingness to perform physical work
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work as part of a production team
• EU citizenship or a valid Finnish residence permit

Salary

The basic salary is €13–16/hour gross, depending on experience.

In addition, employees receive a personal production bonus of approximately €1–3/hour and other supplements according to the applicable industrial sector collective agreement (TES).

With the production bonus and applicable supplements, the total hourly pay may be approximately €14.95–18.40 gross/hour, depending on experience and applicable supplements.
