Job contract
The main tasks include:
Maintaining and expanding our client base
Active sales of the company’s services
Completing documentation for a deal (contracts, price offers, etc.)
Customer support at all stages of the transaction
Maintaining good relationships with regular clients
Working in the CRM system Salesap
What we expect from you:
You are sociable, you know how to convey an idea and persuade people
You are fluent in English and Finnish (or another nordic language)
Feel confident working with PC (e-mail, Google documents and CRM)
Not afraid to learn new things
You’re punctual and responsible
You’re proactive and able to find solutions to changing circumstances
It is also important for us that you have:
Experience with CRM
Knowledge of sales techniques
Active selling skills
Objection handling skills
